In May 2023, our company donated relief supplies valued at RMB 25,000 through the Yangjiang Guangming Social Worker Association to support public welfare activities for persons with disabilities during the 2023 National Day for Helping Persons with Disabilities. The donation aimed to care for and assist the disabled community in Yangjiang, promote the spirit of social care, and foster harmonious societal development.
The donated supplies included daily necessities, food, and urgently needed medical supplies, designed to alleviate the practical difficulties faced by people with disabilities in their daily lives, allowing them to feel the warmth and care from
society. The donation ceremony was held at the activity center of the Yangjiang Guangming Social Worker Association, with representatives from our company, association staff, and some of the recipients in attendance.
During the ceremony, our company representative stated, "Caring for people with disabilities is an essential part of our corporate social responsibility. Through this donation, we hope to bring some convenience and support to their lives. We also encourage more companies and individuals to engage in actions that care for the disabled, helping to create a harmonious and inclusive social environment."
This public welfare initiative for National Day for Helping Persons with Disabilities was not merely a material donation but also a reflection of compassion and social responsibility. During the event, association staff and volunteers also provided free medical consultations, psychological counseling, and legal assistance to help solve practical problems in the lives of people with disabilities and boost their confidence and self-reliance.
